Although we make every effort to keep the inventory of our high-end jewelry on our website up to date, it is possible for a loose diamond to be sold before we are able to remove it from our site. In the unlikely event that this happens and you purchase a diamond that has become unavailable, we will immediately contact you. Once we’re in touch with you, we’ll give you the option to order a similar diamond or cancel the order altogether.
Item Pricing & Availability
We make every effort to keep our inventory up to date and accurate. Although unlikely, it is possible that an item's price can change. For example, silver jewelry, pearl jewelry, gold engagement rings, emerald jewelry, and more can change in price due to the fluctuating metal and diamond market. Here at Skatell’s Jewelers, we reserve the right to modify the price of the sale or void it altogether if the customer doesn't want to purchase at the new price. It is also possible for an item to become unavailable before we get a chance to remove it from our site. If this happens, we reserve the right to void the sale.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment via PayPal.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax on our high-end jewelry and other products is charged only to states where ShopSkatells.com has a physical presence. This is currently only in South Carolina.
How can I track my order?
After ordering children’s jewelry, designer silver jewelry for yourself, wedding jewelry, or more from our local jewelers, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been successfully transmitted. A shipping confirmation email will also be sent once your order has shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
How can I modify my order?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted 30 days from the date of delivery. Exceptions to this policy are as follows:
- Designer settings and designer wedding bands
- Diamond eternity bands ordered for a finger in stock size (usually size 6.5)
- Any engagement ring setting special ordered and made to fit a customer’s pre-existing diamond
Due to the special nature of these items, we cannot accept these for return. "Designer" is considered any item that we sell made by Verragio, Scott Kay, Coast Diamond, Artcarved, Diana, or Benchmark.
Timepieces are fully refundable within seven days from receipt of delivery. The watch must not be worn or sized, and it must be in the same condition as when sold. The watch must be accompanied by all boxes, tags, and paperwork that came with it.
In order to give our customers the best pricing on high-end jewelry, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of ordering two or more items that are either the same or similar and then only keeping one of them. If you are unsure or have detailed questions about a particular item, please call one of our customer service representatives for expert help.
Where do I send my return or exchange?
Please remember to call us first to obtain an RA# for your return or exchange. Packages sent to us for return or exchange without an RA# visible on the outside of the box will be refused, so this is very important when returning or exchanging any high-end jewelry you purchase, whether they’re jewelry gifts, diamond cut engagement rings, wedding jewelry, or more. Please also make sure you insure your package with the shipper.

Shipping to Another Address
We realize high-end jewelry is often purchased as a surprise, and we'll help you to keep the secret as best we can. This is why we allow you to ship to an address other than your billing address. All we ask is that, for orders over $500, you have the alternative shipping address on file with your credit card company. To do this, simply call the 800 number on the back of your card and tell them you would like to add an alternative shipping address to your account.

Why do I need to register?
You only need to register on our site if you are purchasing something, be it charm bracelets, solitaire diamond rings, diamond watches, ruby jewelry, or any other high-end jewelry. By registering, you initiate an account that only you may access through your email address and password. When you create an account, you have the ability to save jewelry to your wishlist and easily access the items from any computer by simply logging in. If you are signed up on our mailing list, this does not mean you are registered.
How do I register?
Simply click on the "My Account" link at the top of any page, where you will be provided with a direct link that will walk you through the process. If you have never purchased from us before, you must register with us to place an order. If you already have jewelry items in your shopping bag and are ready to purchase them, simply click on "Checkout" and the following page will allow you to register.
What if I forget my password?
You can always have your password emailed to you by clicking on the "My Account" link, which is located on the top of every page throughout our site.
